- Same-day cancellations or a no-show/no-call will result in a $25 fee.

- If you booked same-day, please contact us right away if plans change to avoid charges.

- Payment is due when booking, before pickup begins.

- We care for every load with attention and respect, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage or skin sensitivities.

- If you'd like hypoallergenic detergent or softener, please let us know at booking.

- All orders are insured and typically completed within 1–2 business days.

- All promo codes are for residential services unless otherwise stated. Commercial accounts receive negotiated rates that cannot be combined with public promotions.
