So as a lot of people, I was very skeptical about using a laundry service. My apartment doesn’t have in unit laundry so I was looking to out source instead of using the nasty laundry mat at my apartment. After research and great reviews On the Run Laundry Services has made me a believer that there are some good service based business out here in the world. Their communication was amazing, they texted me to inform about my pick up time and my drop off time. They were on time(actually earlier than expected time) for pickup and delivery! My clothes came back smelling great and folded nicely. All my clothing items were also all accounted for which I know is one of the scariest parts. 10/10 would recommend!!

I recently moved into a historic home that was converted into 5 apartments. There is a coin operated laundry behind the building and although it its clean and well lit space, getting quarters is really inconvenient and I'm always afraid of it taking the quarters and not operating properly. On The Run provides a really useful and convenient service (returned in just one day!) that is a luxury but feels so easy and relatively seamless. My clothes were returned nicely folded and they smell so good—the scent is still very prominent in the items I put away but haven't worn yet. I will say that the booking process on the website could be more streamlined. It's kinda clunky and it would be easier if it just showed available times instead of showing a big, multi-highlighted range. Otherwise, I fully intend on using this service regularly, especially because it's Black owned!
